Meet our Speakers

Jess Zhang, CEO at Blockus

Jess Zhang is co-founder and CEO at Blockus. Prior to Blockus, Jess built and scaled Roblox Developer’s Data Science team from 1 to 8. She worked very closely with a large group of game studio owners, and have an expert understanding of player behaviour and game economics from looking at large volumes of studio data.

Sergio Silva, Senior Director of Business Development, Web3 at Fireblocks

Sergio Silva is the Senior Director for web3 BD at Fireblocks. He joined the company in June ’21 to build the Latin America sales team and transitioned to his current role in July ’22. Sergio is also the founder of “Seize The Meebs!”, an editioned-art and meme project focused on promoting digital asset ownership and exploration of NFTs as value-delivery platforms. An avid NFT collector and thought leader in the space, Sergio is a founding member of NeonDAO, a for-profit investment fund focused on building and promoting the open metaverse. Sergio started his career at Goldman Sachs in 2009 and moved to Barclays in 2014, where he spent seven years leading the Latam Equity Sales team before making the move into the digital asset space.

Ethan Cohen, Founder & CEO at Polyland

Ex E-Commerce & Real Estate, has been in crypto since 2017 and started building Polyland & R3V3NGE 2 years ago.

Eric Chang, Head of Business Development & Partnerships at W3W

Eric has over 8 years of experience in the Web2 B2B Enterprise SaaS space, specializing in Data Analytics and CRM. He has been involved with building 3 start-ups from the ground up, one in which has reached unicorn status. He recently got into the Web3 space January of 2022 through helping retired NBA player, Metta World Peace, launch his first NFT project, and has gone through the roller coaster crypto many times. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, and of course, playing PC games, like Diablo 4, Valorant, and League of Legends.

Moish Peltz, Chair of IP Practice Group, Co-chair of Emerging Technologies & Blockchain Practice Group at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP

Moish chairs FRB’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and co-chairs FRB’s Emerging Technology & Blockchain Practice Group. Moish advises numerous blockchain gaming companies, with a focus on helping his clients protect and grow their business and brands around the world. Moish has been advising cryptocurrency ventures since 2014, and combines his knowledge of the blockchain with a decade of IP and business law experience. FRB’s Emerging Technology & Blockchain practice group advises blockchain ventures with a full-firm, and full-service approach, levering all of the firm’s practice areas, including corporate & securities, taxation, labor & employment, litigation and more.
