Wayne Marcel, Head of Growth at FIO Protocol

Wayne Marcel is the Head of Growth for the Foundation for Interwallet Operability (FIO), who has been managing, teaching, and coaching high performing teams for over 20 years. In 2016, his passion for helping and teaching people was merged with his passion for technology as he dove into learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain. He published a book in 2018 called “From No Crypto To Know Crypto” and hosted over 150 educational podcast episodes under same name. Since then, he has dedicated himself to working with projects that make using cryptocurrency easier for all. He is also currently Head of Education for Blockchain Alliance and an advisor at Raze.

With extensive experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Real Estate spanning over a decade, Marco Stagliano is an adept leader in cross-border business development and strategic partnerships.

Marco is the Co-founder and CEO of Another-1 and The Sneakerheadz Society. He guides the team in fostering phygital and metaverse technologies while aligning the organizations with industry-leading investors and strategic partners.

Prior to this, he was a partner and Head of Cross-Border M&A at Kreston GV Capital, an independent financial boutique. Earlier, he honed his strategic acumen as the Head of Operations for AngelVest, a network of Angel Investors, managing businesses across Asia and Europe. His leadership has consistently attracted remarkable investor lineups and driven groundbreaking innovation in the tech sector.
