Jens Hilgers, Founding General Partner at BITKRAFT Ventures

I am a serial entrepreneur with my primary interest in esports, videogames and online technologies. Having build my first videogame online tournaments, lan-events and gameserver farms as early as 1998 I’d consider myself a veteran in the Esports industry. 


For 23 years now, I have been building and managing international games & tech companies in Central and Eastern Europe aswell as in Asia. Since 2012, I am actively investing in and supporting selected startups in the Games & Esports space, nowadays dominantly through my Venture Fund BITKRAFT Esports Ventures.

Emma Liu, CEO & co-founder of ChainGuardians

CEO & Co-founder of ChainGuardians – a blockchain superhero gaming ecosystem which combines traditional gaming concepts with blockchain technologies.

Emma is an entrepreneur and an early blockchain pioneer. Over 20 years in both public and private sectors managing several multi-million dollar projects.

Paul Hsu, CEO and Founder of Decasonic

Paul Hsu is CEO and Founder of Decasonic, the venture and digital assets fund building blockchain innovation. His experience as both an early stage tech investor and operator enable him to partner with outlier founders to accelerate product market fit and systematically scale start-ups. 

Paul’s curiosity and conviction in disruptive technology dates back to the dawn of the Internet: first, as a venture investor on Sand Hill Road, then as a senior executive at pre-IPO mobile, social and gaming companies, and today as a founder and investor in blockchain.

During the course of his career, Paul has held senior leadership positions at technology companies in Silicon Valley, Tokyo, Chicago and New York City where his expertise in product and growth helped stabilize and systematically scale these companies during periods of exponential growth.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University, where his studies concentrated on economics, math, statistics and international politics.

On Yavin, Managing Partner of Cointelligence Fund

On Yavin is a serial entrepreneur, lawyer, and angel investor. Over the years he has established and built several successful companies, and invested in and mentored many others. In 2017, he joined the blockchain industry with the founding of Cointelligence. Since then, through Cointelligence he has provided the industry with valuable research and education. At the start of 2021 he launched Cointelligence Fund, an early stage venture capital crypto fund focused on blockchain based games, where he serves as Managing Partner.
