Meet our Speakers

Illan Knafou, Co-Founder & CEO at Human Divergence

Illan is the co-founder and CEO of Human Divergence, a mobile game based on blockchain offering a dystopian universe and an evolving storyline co-created with the community. Through collaborative manga and immersive experiences, the company aims to allow its players to play beyond the game, making them actors of their own gaming journey.

Prior to founding Human Divergence, Illan completed a degree in machine learning at Télécom Paris and freelanced on various data science projects. To further his knowledge, he followed an entrepreneurship program in the deep tech track at Ecole Polytechnique and HEC Paris.

Fabien Poggi, CEO at Starton

CEO @ starton.com, Fabien Poggi is a 42 school alumni, from the first promotion in 2013 in Paris. Serial entrepreneur, started in crypto and blockchain technologies in 2013. CEO at Starton, he is passionate about WEB3 technologies and wants to break the barriers of entry of this new software industry and make it accessible to every developer.

Leon Ng, CEO and Co-Founder at ACXYN

As CEO of Acxyn, Leon is a strong proponent and early adopter of decentralization technologies. In 2016, he co-founded Beeplus Technology and pioneered the first customized ETH mining rigs in Malaysia, developed industry-leading best practices for operations and maintenance of rigs and promoting and advocating for public adoption of blockchain technology.

With a depth of knowledge that belies his years, he is instrumental in crafting the core directives that drive Acxyn, and a firm believer of tokenized economies to drive real world industries.

Michele D’Aliessi, Co-Founder & COO at Superfluid

– In Blockchain since 2015, studying tokenomics and crypto networks activity/adoption, especially token value generation, capture and retention for long term sustainability and growth. Now building a real-time finance economy at Superfluid.

– Michele has 12 years experience in working with tech startup entrepreneurs to expand their business internationally and scale their operations/sales. In 2015 he successfully launched the new robotic bar MakrShakr worldwide, negotiated and closed the first sales contracts with Fortune 500 corporations, while setting up and managing global operations and sales. In 2013 and 2014 Michele produced two startups documentaries on YouTube that collectively reached millions of viewers with pure organic growth.

– His combined tech and business background allows Michele to develop structured and measurable approaches in studying, designing and optimising processes. He is an experienced public speaker and lecturer in technology and entrepreneurship at several business schools.

– Areas of interest/expertise: Startups, Blockchain, Token Economics, Fintech, Robotics, AI.

The BGA also provides an open forum for individuals and companies to share knowledge and collaborate, create common standards, establish best practices, and network.
