Meet our Speakers

Markian Ivanichok, Co-Founder at Asylum

A visionary entrepreneur with an engineering background. 5+ years of startup experience and 7+ years of engineering systems and products. Markian pioneered the WASM field on Polkadot and now aims to do that to a broader metaverse space.

Vincent Marty, Product Director at Darewise

After a successful venture in online gambling, Vincent joined Ubisoft EMEA to grow the digital and free-to-play games division, managing large projects throughout their full lifecycle, and brokering new deals in Europe, Russia, and Asia and developed Ubisoft F2P presence in these regions. His teams drove and operated the acquisition, marketing and communication of Ubisoft F2P portfolio. In 2018, Vincent joined ESL Gaming, to oversee the business in France and Spain. In 3 years, he managed over 60 people and successfully refocused the companies around key products and activities leading to profitability and growth. He was one of Darewise’s founders and full time joined the adventure in 2021.

İlker Selim Zorluoğlu, Chief Strategy Officer at GoArt Metaverse

I am a Web3 minded professional with experience in business strategy, leadership, marketing and gaming. This ecosystem fuels my motivation to learn and grow not only as a professional but as an individual.
Currently, leading the process of Business Strategy Development at GoArt Metaverse including managing the transition from Web2 to Web3, community building and development of strategies for NFT implementation.

Ersin Taskin, Co-founder at Dappium

25 years of experience in the software and IT industry as a developer, engineer, sales executive, product manager, CTO, CEO and entrepreneur. BS degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Bogazici University. In 2006 Ersin co-founded KodA, reported by ICT500 as one of the top ten software companies in Turkey, and market leader in Document Capture, Imaging and Records Management software and services sectors. He has been studying and experimenting with the blockchain technology since 2017. He later co-founded Inventuna Games as the CTO. Inventuna introduced the play & earn concept as an alternative to play to earn. They develop Heroes Chained to implement their vision on Web3 gaming. Ersin later co-founded Dappium.io, which is a no-code app decentralizer and a Web3 gaming platform.

Carlos Otermin, Co-Founder and COO at Unlockd

Carlos’ background ranges from the consulting sector (PwC, Accenture) in Europe and LATAM to e-commerce (Lazada) in Southeast Asia. Prior to launching Unlockd as a Co-Founder and COO, he’s been active in the Web3 space as an NFT collector and also managing a GameFi guild, supporting the blockchain gaming movement in Southeast Asia, particularly #CryptoPH.

Andrew Chin, Business Lead at Quurk

A business development executive with over 20 years experience in telecommunications, IT security and motorsports industries. He specializes in regional business expansion ranging from complex government projects to successful startup initiatives.

The BGA also provides an open forum for individuals and companies to share knowledge and collaborate, create common standards, establish best practices, and network.
