Let’s welcome the new company members who joined us this month: GamePower, Curvegrid, VulcanForged/VulcanVerse, Blockchain4Africa NFTSwaps and GG DApp.

The New Members online presentation is a monthly activity of the BGA to introduce our member’s projects to the community. New members and members who have already joined the BGA who have not presented their games, products or services to the community are given opportunity to showcase what they do.

About the Speakers

Michael Huntington has worked as a software engineer for 14 years and is also a professional gamer in his spare time. With a strong focus on Javascript, C#, Substrate and Rust, Michael is leading the tech charge for GamePower.

Jeff Wentworth is a Co-founder of Curvegrid, a blockchain startup based in Tokyo, Japan. Curvegrid’s MultiBaas blockchain middleware makes it easy to build, deploy and scale decentralized applications on one or more blockchain platforms. Curvegrid’s upcoming Looking Glass cross-chain digital asset portal allows for easy transfer of NFTs between different blockchains.

Ogunsola Gideon is fluent in several programming languages. Heard about Bitcoin in 2018, while he was in college. A graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering, Bells University of Technology. Worked on a PVP gaming Dapp concept which he considers very successful and moved with the market to participate in Defi Dapps and now NFTs.

Jamie Thomson is CEO of Vulcan Forged and VulcanVerse. From the UK, but now living in Greece, he specialized in Artificial Intelligence, gaining his Masters at University of Washington, before moving to blockchain programming and game viral marketing. He now oversees the operations of multiple in-house blockchain games and onboarding third part dApp developers to expand the Vulcan Forged ecosystem

Miguel Gomes is a blockchain expert and day dreamer. He’s a computer engineer with more than 15 years of experience, working in blockchain development since 2018. He’s also an avid gamer and sim racer, competing online since 2003.
